Essex Design & Display crafts your exhibit to give you high impact on the trade show floor. We understand it needs to be eye-catching and functional while still working within your budget.  You will be included in each step of the process from conception to completion to insure your vision is delivered exactly the way you want.

1. It starts with a sketch for our design team to work off from.  Your ideas, specs and needs are fully outlined, and a preliminary CAD drawing is created for your review.

2. 3D virtual renderings are created to show you how your exhibit will look from all angles.  This allows you to see traffic flow, displays, meeting areas etc and how they will all fit together.

3. Construction begins in our own shop and every piece of your exhibit is recorded.  This allows us to have a full inventory checklist to work off of when packing your display for an event, so nothing is missed.

4. Your display is fully assembled and tested in our construction facility prior to any event.  This insures easy on-site setup and no last minute surprises like missing parts or non working items.

5. Assembly instructions are created and are fully detailed.  Set up steps are clear so the on site staff can efficiently assemble your display so it’s ready and functional for your event.

Before shipping your exhibit to a trade show, expo or special event, we will inspect it to ensure that all parts are accounted for, everything works and it’s in presentation condition. If your exhibit is in need of repair, you would like to update graphics, or even rearrange the whole booth, we are happy to assist will help make the necessary changes.  Read more about our Post Show Services.
